Do you work with our existing development team?
Yes, that's the most common case: we lead your team – in-house or at a vendor – and take care of prioritisation, rhythm and reporting. Our own development team is optional if capacity is missing.
Agile or classic – which is better?
Context decides, not ideology: product development usually runs agile (Scrum), regulated projects often hybrid with clear milestones. We master both and combine what fits the project.
