My name is Lars Keller. For more than seven years I have worked in software development and IT project management: as project lead, Scrum Master and Product Owner on SaaS products, in healthcare IT around the German Gematik telematics infrastructure, and in regulated B2B environments where compliance and traceability are non-negotiable.
With DeLake LTD in Larnaca, Cyprus, I turned that into my own company – inside the EU legal framework, working remotely for DACH, Benelux and Europe. What sets it apart from classic consulting: I don't just deliver concepts, I deliver code. Behind every project stands a permanent, well-rehearsed development team that actually builds the web apps, SaaS platforms and AI features.
What drives me is translation – between management and engineering. Cutting requirements so teams can actually implement them. Naming budgets and deadlines honestly instead of talking them down. And using AI where it measurably improves daily work and software – GDPR-compliant, with security first.
